Tanner Tanner

Posted: July 2nd, 2011

Hi Kim!
I just wanted to give you an update on how Tanner is doing. We’ve had a really great first week together. Tanner loves going for walks, playing ball in the backyard with my husband & ADORES riding in the car!! We laugh at him because when we sit out back on the patio he jumps up and sits in one of the chairs with us…it’s like he thinks he’s human just like us. He curls up with me on the sofa & takes a nap…he’s definitely made himself at home. lol His skin is clearing up some but he does still have some raw spots around the back of his neck. We’re taking him to the vet next week to have it looked at. Overall it’s been a pleasure having him & we’ve gotten attached very quickly. Thanks again for all you do with the rescue organization!!

Little Julie

Little Julie is home with her new daddy after her heart worm treatment this week. I’ll never understand how people can’t spend $10.00 a month to prevent this horrible and deadly but preventable disease. Lucky for Little Julie, now called Jules, she has a fantastic daddy that just adores her and will keep her quiet… Read More

Tail Wags for Our Foster Dads!!

We come to you scared, we’ve been in terrible places that no dog should be, and you cradle us beside you on the sofa. We come to you hungry, and you let us eat from your strong, yet gentle hands, while you tell us that we will never be hungry again. We have bad dreams… Read More
