Biscuit was found as a stray that had already been a breeding machine at just 18 mos of age. She had a collar embedded in her neck and is heart worm positive so she’s obviously been tied up outside all of her short life. What make this more horrid is that she’s deaf. She must have escaped from her captors and was found by an animal control officer. It’s amazing she wasn’t hit by a car or worse. Well…. on her way to PA to a foster home, a wonderful pilot for Pilots and Paws and his wife fell in love with sweet little Biscuit and the flight was canceled. Jim and Marcy have now made Biscuit the newest member of their family of rescue dogs. Biscuit had her heart worm treatment 3 weeks ago and will begin learning hand signals by a professional when she is medically able.
