Halloumi’s favorite things: Gazing into your eyes, melting when you pet her. Marrow bones, cushy dog beds.
Halloumi is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, behaving in the house, going for car rides, making me feel safe, walking on a leash, cuddling

Meet Halloumi

Halloumi is calm, mild mannered , laid back, trustworthy, beautiful and sometimes silly. She is so well behaved that you don’t even know she is around. She did go into a crate the 1st 2 nights in her foster home and then decided she didn’t need one and now she doesn’t go in. She knows what she likes! She also doesn’t go up the steps. We will keep trying to get her adjusted. She will go up 2 steps to get into the house but not up the 13 set of steps to go upstairs. She is such a cute eater and takes treats so gently. When she is finished eating she carries her bowl around. She is really easy and such a pleasure to be around. She is not a big barker unless she hears someone at the door or a delivery.
