Daisy
Daisy is a beautiful sweetheart who has never met a dog she didn’t love! Two to three years young, she is silly and playful outside, running, romping, and rough-housing with her foster doggie siblings. She walks well on a leash and is curious and confident if she’s walking with a doggie friend. Inside, Daisy is shy and easily startled; we think she is still fairly new to living in a home. Daisy will need a patient family with a canine friend or two to help her gain confidence and enjoy indoor living to the fullest. She is comfortable in her crate, and is almost completely accident free in the house. When she’s not playing with other dogs, Daisy enjoys chewing on a bone and sleeping on her comfy bed.
Morning is Daisy’s favorite time of the day with her person, and she greets you with enthusiastic butt-swinging tail wags! She gives kisses and nudges you with her blockhead as she nibbles your hand to get more attention. Daisy weighs about 66 pounds, and is short, stocky, and strong; she looks like she’s wearing brown and black brindle pajamas! Daisy has a blue eye and a brown eye, and according to Native American folklore, can see the heavens and the earth. Daisy deserves a wonderful forever home and will reward her new family with years of love.
