What a good decision to adopt Crackers!  He is feeling right at home already.  He sleeps beside our bed at night and sometimes we hear him barking at squirrels or snoring.  His new BFF is Roxie, my son’s Yorkie.  At first ‘Scout’ wasn’t sure of her forwardness and boundless energy, but she has persisted and now they like to nap side by side, and play tug-of-war or chase at every opportunity.  Of course, in the back yard it is a constant battle between them over who gets to be the last dog to mark a spot.

In between all the fun and games he is eating well, sleeping well and is generous with kisses and adoration (as long as he is paid with belly rubs)!
