Queso came into the shelter with more ticks than I’ve ever seen on a dog and I’m a rescuer I see a lot of ticks! She allowed us to give her Nextguard and start removing them providing her with relief. She was amazing! She is amazing! She’s super friendly with everyone!
Good with cats? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with a cat
Good with children? yes
Activity Preference: Low maintenance overall but needs quality outside time.
IQ: Average
Queso’s favorite things: Cuddles, play time, walks, being wih humans, everything!
Queso is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, going for car rides, walking on a leash, cuddling, playing, catching balls/frisbee
Ideal home: a fenced yard
Training Needs:
Health issues: No known health issues. She did have erlichia from the ticks but she did her 30 days of doxycycline and is fine now:).
