More About Mae
Mae is new to her foster family so they are just learning all about her. What they do know is that Mae is a very friendly, happy, affectionate girl. She loves people, tummy scrubs and to give kisses. Show her a treat and Mae does a quick “sit, paw, down”. Mae is having a great time playing with one of her foster brothers.
Mae is a little girl, weighing in at 37 pounds. While she has been listed as a bulldog mix, it is possible she is a beagle and English Bulldog mix. At under a year she probably still has some growing to do but probably won’t get much bigger than she is. A small, sweet package of love!
Mae came to ABR when a rescue in Tennessee contacted us about this adorable girl whose time was running out in the shelter. Her personality was too sweet for them to overlook her. They contacted ABR for help and we happened to have a foster family who recently moved from Maryland to Tennessee! We’re excited that we’re able to help Mae get out of the shelter and want to make sure she ends up in the best home for her!
Anyone interested in Mae must be willing to drive to Crossville, TN to meet Mae in her foster home. Because we do not have a network of volunteers in this area, we are hoping to adopt Mae to a family farther north than she currently is. All other adoption policies hold true for Mae. If you’re interested please submit your adoption application today.
*Because Mae has not lived with cats, she cannot be adopted to a home with cats.
