Jasper

Jasper is about 2-3 years old, stout and stocky, weighing 95 pounds. He would love a one on one relationship, or to have a small family consisting of one or two humans. His personality and presence are both huge! He is such an affectionate boy and is very smart, well behaved and such a pleasure to have around. He is loved by his foster home and we are hoping to find him a similar small family, but for him to be the only dog is important for him because he definitely wants all the love, and he certainly deserves to be spoiled!

Jasper is a smart, squishy faced bulldog who is neutered, heart worm negative, up to date on his shots and housebroken. He knows his basics like sit, stay and how to walk on a leash- thanks to his starmark training collar. He is food motivated,  and is quick to learn. He probably has a large percentage of English Bulldog in him – he even has the throwback tail!  His coloring is cinnamon and white.  He is impressive in person, and is always asked about when on his walks.

Jasper is playful in spurts but is just as happy to lay at your feet. He is friendly when he meets new people and dogs, and not aggressive in any way.  He shows little interest in squirrels or cats.  He is fostering with other small dogs, and a cat, but really needs to be in a home where he can have his owner all to himself. He wants to be someone’s right hand man.

Jasper has no food aggression, he does not chew, and politely plays with his toys. He loves long rides in the car, and would be the perfect companion for someone who takes long trips on the road. Bully breed experience in his new home is a big plus. But being a bulldog, he also can be stubborn at times, but he is not defiant, he’a a typical lovingly devoted bully, who is smart, confident and agile.
