Good with other dogs?: Yes. But needs to be an only dog. She is allergic to dog saliva. 
Curly is great with other dogs. We would prefer to place her with a male.
Good with cats? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with a cat
Good with children? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with kids under 10
Activity Preference: Needs in-house activities, Up for a long hike any day., Low maintenance overall but needs quality outside time., Will go with the flow
IQ: Smart
Curly’s favorite things: Curly loves to learn tricks. She is like a little circus dog. She has learned to do quite a few new things.
Curly is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, going for car rides, walking on a leash, cuddling, playing, following commands
Ideal home: someone at home most of the day, a fenced yard
Training Needs:
Health issues: Curly started off as complete mess. She had a horrible urinary tract infection, She could barely see because of her entropion(eyelashes rubbing her corneas) and the shelter thought that she needed her ear canals removed but with a lot of TLC she is 100% better and got to keep her ear canals. Her infections are gone, her eyes have been fixed and her ears look great. She is feeling and looking perfect. We have found out why her skin was so bad…she is allergic to dog saliva. Whenever she is licked by another dog, she turns bright red.

Meet Curly

Curly is a joy to be around. She is happy 100% of the day and really well behaved. For everything she went through she is surprisingly full of love and trust. Curly is just a ray of sunshine. She has the cutest little bunny tail and best smile.  She can meet other dogs as she is extremely dog friendly and dog savy. She is just highly allergic to other dog’s saliva.
