Health issues: Adrian recently had bilateral cherry eye surgery. Her condition was pretty severe so it was best to remove the entire gland. This will most likely result in Adrian having Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca, which is simply dry eye. That is where the eye doesn’t make enough of its own tears to keep the eye lubricated. Drops must be given every day and can cost maybe, $40-$70 a month, depending on the prescription. It is a very easily, manageable condition.

Meet Adrian

She loves when you say her name! Adrian! Adrian! Adi! She’s got no tail to wag so her whole little 40 lb body shows her joy! She reaches for kisses! Then into your arms she will go for belly rubs! Don’t let Adrian’s cranky face fool you she’s a little ray of sunshine! With her silly and endearing ways, she will have you singing her name in no time! Adrian is paw-fect with her foster canines, both male and female! (Remember, we won’t adopt same genders unless both the resident dog AND the potential adoptee have lived together with same genders without issue.) Adrian is completely house trained, crate trained, walks perfect on a leash, even stays off the furniture, unless invited! She’s a quiet, well-behaved little lady! Sure she will make her self known with a bark here or there when a stranger walks by or she hears some sort of unknown commotion going on outside, who doesn’t?! She’s easily corrected. We are not sure if Adrian has ever lived with small kids, so she will not be placed in a home with kids under the age of at least 12 years old. Same goes for cats, we don’t know about cats and Adrian either, so no cat friends for Adrian. Adrian is in Philadelphia, PA.
