Meet Haribo :

Haribo is a big boy with a big heart and big smiles!  His desire to just be a good boy and make you happy is strong and he does a great job at it!  He’s quiet, laid back, house and crate trained and well-behaved.  He loves to be super close to his humans and will give kisses forever!  He takes treats gently and has learned to sit before meals.  Haribo’s dog meets while at the shelter went well.  He does live with a female foster sister, who he is very interested in officially meeting, but we will hold off another week or so for that.  But we think that he will do well as an only dog or with a female companion with the same activity level.  When he first arrived to his foster home he was very hand shy and very afraid of the mop and broom.  He’s overcoming both of those fears although he is still fearful of new things but works through them with support and patience.  Just this week he’s discovered that toys are fun and has been having a ball with them!  Watching him see things through new eyes and enjoying life is so rewarding!  We look forward to the time when his forever people or person finds him and he begins his new and happy life celebrating holidays, birthdays, or just a pretty spring day!  Haribo is going to bring a special something to his future forever home!
