Good with cats? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with a cat
Good with children? OK for kids over: 7
Activity Preference: Low maintenance overall but needs quality outside time., Will go with the flow, Champion couch potato
IQ: Average
Lucy’s favorite things: Lucy loves to cuddle right next you no matter if your watching TV or sitting outside!  This pretty gal is a low key and very loving! Lucy absolutely loves meal time and will give quite a comical show if her meal is late!   She eats twice daily.  Lucy may be a senior in age but she’s young at heart!  She easily bounces up the steps and can jump off and onto the couch. Lucy loves a car ride and spending time spending QT getting pets and kisses!
Lucy is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, behaving in the house, going for car rides, walking on a leash, cuddling
Ideal home: Lucy adores gram!  Lucy has a special love for seniors! She’ll spend lots of time just sitting with grandma talking and getting attention!
Health issues: Lucy needs a few prescription eye drops daily for dry eye in one eye. Lucy’s ears were in horrible condition when she first came to ABR so it takes some patience to clean her ears. Lucy doesn’t like her nails trimmed at all! It’s a work in progress! 🙂

Meet Lucy

Lucy is an awesome dog. She is friendly and greets everyone nicely. She sleeps all night on a her  bed without a peep. She’s completely house-trained, has never chewed or been destructive. Lucy LOVES the grandma that lives in her foster home. Grandma has Alzheimers and sits often with Lucy right next to her on the couch.
